We are an online company centered around helping companies and individuals in redundancy or retirement situations. We are different from the traditional outplacement companies in that we are focussed on immediate, effective and affordable online training that helps individuals transition to the next phase in their careers. We provide a platform that empowers employees to get the direction and confidence they need to move forward faster in their careers. Transition peak provides employees with a clear direction and a plan and the online material is in the form of documents, checklists and videos. It is a useful tool for companies interested in saving on expensive outplacement fees whilst looking after their departing employees.

Charlie Billington - Biography
Charlotte is an experienced Career/Executive Coach who has over twenty years’ experience working within career transition for both companies and individuals.
She is an ICF qualified coach and her experience includes career coaching, HR consulting and recruitment.
Prior to setting up Transition Peak, she worked for Victoria Wall Associates, dealing with a wide range of clients of all sizes and in a variety of industry areas. These clients included Goldman Sachs, Coca Cola, Christies, Penguin as well as well known private equity and hedge fund clients.
In 2015 Charlotte wrote her first book ‘What to do next?’. Her book has helped numerous individual successfully transition in their careers.

Linda has over 15 years’ experience in banking and finance. She worked for multinational banks and e-commerce businesses. She is passionate about helping others and simplifying complexity.
Linda Ghusayni - Biography
Linda has over 15 years’ experience in banking and finance. She started her career with Citi whilst still at university studying for her MBA. She was later transferred to their London office in Canary Wharf, where she assisted with restructuring the financial systems of the bank globally. After staying with the bank for over eight years, she decided to move on to a role with Expedia, where she was the Senior Analyst of Expedia’s financial telecommunication department. She is passionate about moving people forward and simplifying the complex.

Pippa Bateman - Biography
Pippa Bateman is a Communication Consultant and Trainer based in London. She works with leading figures in business to help them communicate with confidence and be more influential and effective in their roles.
The reach and relevance of Pippa’s work is broad both in terms of application and industry.
She can support with developing self-confidence and in advance of interview scenarios. She helps executive boards and leadership teams at blue chip businesses to drive strategic change using their communication. She helps public figures prepare to speak to global audiences, including mainstage at TED and TEDx. She works with a diverse number of UK organisations where she leads communication skills training programmes on everything from Pitching and Presenting to How to Speak Up at Work. She also helps Management Teams, Founders and CEOs articulate their propositions for pitches, product launches and investor presentations, where trust is often the most overlooked requirement for success.
It is Pippa’s roots in psychology and the performing arts that lead her into the world of communication coaching. Having gained Masters degrees in both, Pippa spent five years on the professional stage culminating in a year with the West End musical ‘Wicked’. It was from Wicked that Pippa moved into adult learning at Mind Gym before spending 5 years under the tutelage of the late Anthony Gordon Lennox at AGL Communications. She started her own practice in 2015 to focus on her own unique approach to communication training and coaching.

Ellie Rich Poole - Biography
Ellie is a Recruitment Coach who supports individuals to present the best version of themselves as they approach the job market.
She will support you as you navigate the ever changing world of recruitment from the etiquette of working with head hunters to dealing with online portals, giving practical advice and tips.
Having recently completed the Digital Mums social media management course she focuses on using LinkedIn and other platforms to grow your network and open up opportunities as well as how to present yourself in person.
With a background in recruitment both in-house and in consultancy, her specialism is HR professionals.
A Mum and a passionate promoter of gender diversity, Ellie enjoys mentoring women as they grow and develop at all stages from early careers up to Board level. Outside of work she loves reading, fashion and festivals.

Naomi Graham - Biography
With more than twenty years’ experience, Naomi Graham is an executive coach and facilitator who works with managers and leaders to develop their confidence, capability and credibility during times of transition and change.
As well as significant experience in designing, developing and delivering global programmes, she also works one to one coaching leaders to:
- Transition to a new role, organisation or location
- Assess their career development and potential next steps
- Fine tune personal skills for maximum influence
- Lead with inspiration and vision
Much of Naomi’s work is with leaders who face planning their own and / or their teams’ redundancy, restructuring due to redundancy or changes in the organisation and assisting organisations before after or during the time that people are moving on.
Whether working in a group situation or one to one, she supports her clients as they explore how they can have more influence in the way they operate, often incorporating a detailed review of the way individuals function and their assumptions about their business, colleagues and themselves.
A recent piece of work, for a FTSE top 30 organisation, was supporting a function as they focused on what the department of the future would look like. Staying curious, open to options and knowing that the changes would likely bring about job losses, she went on to work with a number of the leadership team whilst they led the redundancy programme and managed their own career needs.
Naomi is a PCC (ICF) coach and is also qualified to use a number of psychometrics where appropriate in her work.

Mandy Murphy - Biography
Mandy is a qualified Coach Practitioner and member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). Mandy provides coaching services for professionals as they transition through their professional career. Transition coaching is for anyone who is handling a significant change in their worklife such as moving into a new job or a promotion, experiencing redundancy or returning to work after a long spell of absence. A key component to Mandy’s transition coaching service is building resilience and managing stress so the individual can achieve the best outcome for themselves and move forward. Mandy offers coaching in a variety of ways including one to one, peer group sessions, team development workshops or masterclasses. Mandy is also a certified True Colors® trainer, a personality profiling tool to support developing emotional intelligence and resilience in individuals and teams.
Mandy’s professional background is in Occupational Health and Wellbeing and trained as a nurse. In her 21-year career Mandy has delivered and led NHS commercial OH services, supporting organisations to manage health risks in the workplace, support sickness absence procedures and implement wellbeing programmes. Mandy is currently working part-time at Health Education England as the Deputy Head of the National School of Occupational Health and contributes to a number of national and government (mainly DWP) expert committees influencing national policy in matters of health and work.

Karina Barnes - Biography
Karina Barnes is an accredited career coach and ICF approved coach with a Masters in Organizational Psychology.
She has over 20 years of experience helping people with their careers in sectors from finance and property to pharma and fundraising. She combines questionnaires and one-to-one coaching conversations to understand her clients’ strengths, values, skills and aptitudes.
Karina looks at the whole person, not just their career history. That means she can support and guide her clients through their career transitions – helping them to take their next step with confidence.
Karina’s other specialism is training, and she is partnering with Transition Peak to offer workshops to clients as an optional addition to our online modules. These are small workshops with a maximum of six delegates to allow each one to be highly interactive and personalised. Workshops are available on three topics: “Resilience” following redundancy, “Exceptional Interviewing” following redundancy or retirement, and “Time Management” following retirement.

Jane Wheeler - Biography
Jane Wheeler is a partner at Hine Legal, a boutique employment law firm.
She acts for a broad range of SME clients as well as senior and board level employees. She has clients in the hospitality, leisure, advertising and professional services sectors, amongst others.
Jane has significant experience in dealing with the following areas:
- Senior executive appointments and terminations – especially in the private equity arena;
- Bringing and defending complex claims in the employment tribunals, including for discrimination and whistleblowing;
- Advising employers, employees and partners on matters involving restrictive covenants and confidentiality agreements;
- Advising companies on restructuring and redundancies;
- Providing strategic advice to boards and HR Directors on all matters arising throughout the employment lifecycle (including complex grievances, disciplinary matters and sickness absence handling);
Jane has a straightforward, commonsense and personable approach to resolving employment problems. Jane speaks on a number of specialist topics, including the employment law perspectives on agile working, sexual harassment and wellbeing in the workplace.

Catherine Oliver - Biography
Parental Support specialist
Catherine works with organisations of all sizes as well as individuals to help working parents manage the challenges and be at their best. Catherine has 20+ years corporate experience, most recently at Sky where she founded their parenting network, Parents@Sky, and co-founded their Women in Leadership initiative alongside her “day job” in the Strategy team. She’s also a regular speaker at industry events and most importantly, mum to a little girl.
Parental Support Workshops – Groups
This programme is designed to help employees proactively manage their leave and return and give them an opportunity to build a support network within the business with others in the same boat – and ultimately feel the company values them, gets what they’re going through and is doing everything they can to support them through this life change. It consists of 3 workshops, one for each stage of maternity leave or Shared Parental Leave (pre-leave, during leave and post-leave). One of the key outcomes is an increase in ownership and a kick start to honest conversations about what good looks like for both parties.
Parental Support Sessions – 121
These sessions are designed to help working parents proactively manage their leave and return to make the transition as smooth as possible. They work best as a set of 3 sessions, one for each stage of maternity leave or Shared Parental Leave (pre-leave, during leave and post-leave). They are 121 so will be tailored but are likely to include topics such as; learning to recognise the key challenges at each stage; identifying key stakeholders and sources of support; building a plan of what to do when; preparing for discussions with Line Managers and Colleagues; and realising the new skills you’re bringing back to the workplace. The overall objective is to help you feel in control and ready for the challenges ahead.

Susan Jackson Cousin - Biography
Running your own business is both a daunting and exciting prospect. Exciting in that you are doing something you love, you are your own boss and the possibilities are endless. Pam Cottman - Biography
Pam is a qualified Business and Personal Coach, a member of the International Coach Federation, a trainer, a consultant, and a mum of two boys. A former Assistant Headteacher, Pam spent 14 years working with students, staff, parents and governors to support the development of young people and her teams. Following her second maternity leave, she now runs her own business, working with individuals, teams and organisations, supporting them to reach their potential, and focusing particularly on building resilience, a vital resource for managing any transition. Pam works with the whole person, not just the ‘work you’, exploring your values, strengths and beliefs; building your confidence (which she knows from experience can take a knock when you’re looking at a career change or returning to work after a break); and supporting you with the practical steps you need to make that leap.

Natalie McCandless - Biography
Natalie is a qualified and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, with 10 years experience working in both the public and private sector.
Natalie’s Coaching style utilizes her Cognitive Behavioural training to help her clients achieve their goals, gain vision and clarity, and to make sense of their needs. Natalie offers an individual, person centred, and compassionate approach with her clients. She understands the impact of transitioning within or returning to work, whether that manifests itself as anxiety and/or stress and how it can impact a person’s confidence and self-esteem.
Being a parent herself, Natalie has a interest in Coaching new parents. She understands that it can be difficult to juggle the work-life balance, and the impact it can have on a person’s mindset, career, and home life. As every client has different goals for coaching, Natalie offers a bespoke service to match these.

Sylvie Garvey Cotton - Biography
Sylvie setup Computer Fitness, an IT support and training company, to work with home office users, small businesses, Returners and Start-ups. She spent 15 years working for a global IT consultancy and during that time, she worked full time, part time and had 3 children. She is on the Board of a software development company and advises foreign Tech companies starting up in the UK.
Sylvie has a Masters in Management from ESCP and a Business & Economics degree from Trinity College, Dublin. A self- confessed techno-geek, she is passionate about getting IT to help, not hinder, our lives.

Doug Montgomery - Biography
Doug is an executive coach; whose passion is the development and growth of individuals to fulfil their full potential. Professionally and personally he has experienced at first-hand the challenges and opportunities created by mergers, reorganisations and career and personal transitions.
Doug has built up particular experience coaching clients who are considering, preparing for, or entering transitions in their roles, careers and lives. He will help you clearly identify what you want, what is important to you; and your strengths and resources that will help get you there. The coaching will help you notice and challenge the thinking and assumptions that may be getting in your way. Doug will help you connect with your values and sense of identity and purpose; working with you to understand how these align with your new or desired situation.
His style is always supportive, non-judgmental and trusting. He will listen, challenge your thinking, offer observations and feedback and provoke new thinking and new perspectives.
After 28 years at GlaxoSmithKline, Doug understands what it means to live, perform and lead in challenging and fast-moving environments. He started out as a Ph.D. research scientist, progressing through project and people manager roles, leading leaders and projects globally. From here he changed career, becoming an internal coach before leaving the corporate world to set up his own independent coaching practice as an accredited executive coach and coach supervisor and facilitator.
Doug is an Accredited Executive Coach and Supervisor member of the Association of Professional Executive Coaches and Supervisors (APECS), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and an accredited coaching supervisor with the Coaching Supervision Academy.

Gary King - Biography
22 years ago Gary transitioned from a role as a corporate CEO to one he believes he was destined to be. He’s now had a fulfilling 17 years coaching senior managers and executives across a wide range of market sectors. He specialises helping people transition within or between roles or organisations. This often involves helping people to clarify what it is that they really want, how skill portfolios need to be broadened and also importantly how personal belief and value sets may need changing to successfully support change. Gary has extensive experience in working alongside clients who are progressing from managerial to leadership roles.
On the qualification front Gary is a certified Master NLP Practitioner and coach. His training is ICF accredited. He also has an MBA.
Gary always endeavours to adopt a style that engenders trust, openness and honesty. He’s naturally curious and genuinely interested in people. People he works with say he has a way of helping them explore and gain personal understanding that is thought provoking and challenging but always respectful and with an appropriate blend of professionalism, humour and fun.
Having recently left his 50s , Gary also has experience to help others in their mindset preparation for retirement.

Sally Smy - Biography
Sally is a personal stylist and a founder at Queen Bee Styling. She Helps individuals achieve a wardrobe that gives them confidence and to feel fabulous in the clothes they wear every day.
Sally had a successful 18 year career in fashion buying working for leading high street retailers before setting up her own business 10 years ago. She now specialises in helping individuals develop their authentic style and achieve a stylish, up to date wardrobe that gives them confidence. Sally understands that we deal with many changes in our lives and it can be tough for our wardrobes to keep up. Sally provides support and advice to create a wardrobe you feel fabulous in whilst ensuring it works for your lifestyle.
A mother of two, she is recommended on The Parenting and Professional panel of experts as well as being a partner at a recruitment consultancy. She presents a regular webinar to support women who are returning to work after a career break. Sally recently contributed to the book ‘A New Way for Mothers’ by Louise Webster from Beyond The School Run.
She also runs workshops and talks about image and impact, personal branding and other topics for many women’s networks and companies. This includes The Department of Media, Culture and Sport and The Foreign and Commonwealth Office.”

Caroline Jack - Biography
Caroline is a qualified Life Coach and a member of The Association for Coaching. She has spent the past 10 years since having 3 children, helping people with self-awareness and confidence. She is a mentor for MOVE On, a charity helping vulnerable children, she co-founded the charity SMART WORKS Edinburgh which helps women gain confidence, and founded a social enterprise helping women return to work after a career break. Prior to this, she ran her own sales and marketing business. Through life coaching, she supports people with their mental and physical wellbeing encouraging self-care and self-growth. Caroline believes life coaching can be quite literally “life-changing” and essential during a time of career transition.
