Through our outplacement support work with small and medium sized companies across a range of sectors, we learn about the key issues affecting HR departments. We understand the pressures that HR professionals are experiencing as a result of the pandemic. On the one hand, there is the end of the furlough scheme in September which may create a huge need for outplacement at many firms. Meanwhile on the other hand, most organisations are facing inevitable change to their way of working as the consider whether, when and how to bring the workforce back to an office environment.
