Resilience Through Redundancy: Online Workshops With Karina Barnes

As the unique challenges facing businesses in 2020 force many to make redundancies, those who support their employees through that transition to their next role will be remembered for the right reasons. Transition Peak is glad to partner with the ICF approved career coach Karina Barnes in offering personalised online workshops to companies which focus on ‘Resilience Following Redundancy’.

Up to six delegates can attend the sessions at a time, allowing a highly interactive format which is bespoke to each company. The one hour workshop works well in tandem with our ‘Spring Forward Emotionally‘ online module, taking a look at techniques for developing resilience, a guide to deciding which path to take next and how to move on successfully. Topics in our resilience workshop include:

  • the meaning of resilience
  • your support network
  • positive thinking versus negative thinking
  • rebuilding your world view
  • identifying your achievements, strengths and successes
  • gaining control and looking forward

Each ‘Resilience Through Redundancy’ workshop costs £250 + VAT which covers all participants. To make an enquiry or to book a workshop for your organisation, please get in touch.  Transition Peak is also partnering with Karina to offer workshops looking at ‘Exceptional Interviewing‘ and ‘Time Management After Retirement’. We are very happy to discuss bespoke packages for your organisation that include a combination of these workshops and our online career transition modules.
